We are a cannabis and hemp manufacturing company with several in-house brands. We need someone to manage our wholesale house accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining communication, provided new information and promotions, and assisting with orders when needed. This role will initially be 30-35 hours a week with the intent to become 40 hours. This is a Monday through Friday position, and is not remote. The ideal candidate will be familiar with cannabis, and has hands on account management and customer service experience. This role is not an internship.
General Duties
- Inputting orders
- Creating customer profiles
- Making follow-up phone calls
- Touching base with buyers
- Assisting Sales Director
Experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have account management experience
- Sales experience is a plus
